Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about renting tents, tables, chairs & more — answered straight.
Booking & Quotes
No upfront payment required. We start with a free, no-obligation quote. Once you review and approve the details, we will work out a simple deposit schedule — but there is zero pressure to commit before you are ready.
Browse our inventory, add what you want to your quote, and submit it with your event date and location. We confirm availability, calculate delivery for your address, and send back a detailed proposal — usually within one business day.
For weddings and large events we recommend booking 3 to 6 months out, especially for peak spring and fall weekends. That said, we accommodate last-minute requests whenever inventory allows — reach out and we will do our best.
Yes. Guest counts shift and plans evolve — we get it. You can adjust quantities or add items up to two weeks before your event, subject to availability. Just call or email us.
Every proposal spells out the deposit and cancellation terms clearly before you commit, so there are no surprises. Weather-related concerns are handled separately under our weather policy — see the Weather section below.
Tents
A quick rule of thumb: seated dinner with round tables needs about 12–15 sq ft per guest. A 20x20 fits around 28 seated, a 30x50 around 125, and our 44x83 sailcloth up to 195. Tell us your guest count and event style and we will recommend the right size — that is the easy part.
Every tent rental includes professional delivery, setup, and full tear-down — you do not lift a finger. Stakes, guy wires, and all rigging hardware are included. Sidewalls, lighting, flooring, and generators are available as add-ons.
Sailcloth is our signature — translucent fabric that glows at night. High peak tents have dramatic soaring peaks. Pole tents give you the most covered space per dollar. Frame tents have zero center poles and can be set up on concrete or pavement. Visit our Compare Tent Types page for a full side-by-side.
Yes — that is exactly what our frame tents are for. They install on concrete, asphalt, pavers, and decking with no ground stakes required. Pole and high peak tents need grass or dirt for staking.
Yes. We carry solid white sidewalls for privacy and weather protection, cathedral window sidewalls for an elegant look with natural light, and clear panels for our sailcloth tents. Sidewalls can be added to any quote.
Absolutely — string lights strung peak to peak transform any tent after dark. We offer lighting packages sized to each tent, from a warm glow to a full showstopper setup. Ask about lighting when you request your quote.
Yes. We run commercial-grade, wind-rated tents built with heavy 16 oz American-made vinyl and reinforced anchoring — engineered for real North Texas conditions, not lightweight backyard canopies. That is a core part of what sets us apart.
Some Texas cities require a fire marshal permit for larger tents. We will let you know if your setup needs one and point you in the right direction — most backyard events do not.
Delivery & Setup
We are based in Cleburne and serve Johnson, Tarrant, Hood, Ellis, Hill, Somervell, and Parker counties — including Fort Worth, Granbury, Burleson, Midlothian, Weatherford, Glen Rose, and many more cities in between.
Delivery is priced by distance from Cleburne and is always itemized in your quote before you commit — no surprise fees on event day.
We typically set up the day before your event and tear down the day after, so you never feel rushed. Exact timing is confirmed with you the week of your event.
Just a few things: make sure the setup area is clear, gates are unlocked, and let us know about sprinkler lines or anything buried where a tent will be staked. We handle the rest.
Tables, Chairs & Dance Floors
Rustic farm tables, round banquet tables, and cocktail tables — paired with chiavari, cross-back, willow, and folding chairs in fruitwood or distressed white. Everything is chosen to fit a western, rustic, or classic elegant look.
Yes — we place every table and chair according to your layout, not just drop them in a stack. Send us your floor plan or let us suggest one based on your tent size and guest count.
Yes. Our dance floors are engineered for outdoor use directly on grass — no subfloor needed. Use the size guide on each dance floor listing to pick the right size for your guest count.
Yes — string lights, generators, patio heaters, barrel beer tubs, and custom western decor pieces. Everything can be bundled into a single quote so you have one point of contact.
Weather, Power & Extras
Our tents are engineered for Texas weather — wind, rain, and summer heat. We monitor forecasts leading up to your event and advise on sidewall and anchoring options. In severe conditions, guest safety always comes first, and our weather policy is spelled out in your rental agreement.
No problem — we rent quiet inverter generators and large diesel units for full event power. Tell us what you are running (lights, catering, band or DJ) and we will size it for you.
Bobby owns an equestrian complex south of Fort Worth where you can add a golden-hour photo session with our horses to your event package. It is a one-of-a-kind experience your guests will talk about for years.
